Petrol Station Management System Introduction
MIS 2000 Petrol Station Management System was developed successfully under the environment of Windows 98.It has functional strength and simple operating process Thus, it creates a closer relationship between man and computer .This system has the below functions：
1.Fuel dispenser with surveillance system
The managing system can supervise all dispenser’s working status , and can lock the dispenser by the indoor control , can control remotely all dispenser’s refueling ,and can stop them or set up parameters .
2.Fuel container management and storage management
The system can automatically add up each gasoline’s consumption, illustrate remaining quantity in its container, and create profit and loss statement for each type of gasoline.
3.Data statistics and report printing
Management system can make data analysis and create automatically reports .The key functions include:
(1)Keeping all detailed refueling information, checking up the information by year, month, day or any period of time.
(2)Creating the daily master account or each petrol station’s daily master account upon detailed refueling report sheet
(3)Creating customer –used report, refueling tickets report, cash transaction report , petrol output report ,etc.
(4)Creating statistics and analysis of each type of gasoline
(5)Monthly report for each petrol station’s input and output
(6)Statistics of each container’s storage of each gasoline by installing a liquid level gauge
(7)Reporting sheet of monthly loss
(8)Tax reporting form (cooperated with local tax sectors )
4、Operating personnel’s management
The management system can manage operating personnel by setting up an extent of authority to avoid illegal operating and to trace all the operating process .
5、Submission of the petrol station information to management sections
The system can submit the packed data of daily gasoline’s volume and other required data to management section’s terminal. The managers can make statistics and analysis for the data collected from each petrol station, and can create other reporting sheets or documents upon request.
6、Security of management system data
The system can make self-examination and judge whether the communication with each fuel dispenser is normally operating .For any breakdown or connection-down, the fuel dispensers remain working independently .After the breakdown was resolved and the connection was recovered, the system can retrieve completely the refueling data kept in the fuel dispenser .
7、Connection with the liquid gauge
When a petrol station examines its liquid level, the liquid level gauge installed in the management system can provide directly the data to the system.
8、IC card issuing , recharging and customer managing .
The management system can issue IC debit card and recharge card ,It replaces the balance sheet to record customer’s recharge and consumption , to accumulate points and to manage the customers work (for example ,building up the customers file)
